Minnesota receives a disproportionate share of admissions from Somalia, Karen/Burma, Ukraine, and Afghanistan. The downstream absorption is governed by the Praxis/Duluth Model federalized compliance frameworks (St. Paul Blueprint for Safety, 2010) that the University of Minnesota Duluth credentialed.
